Founded in 1989, we focus on developing and letting office and industrial space across South and West Wales.

Peter Reynolds

Founder and Chairman

Peter founded the business in 1989 buying his first industrial unit in Hendy. He has over 40 years’ experience in the industry, with a number of those years spent up and down the M4 Motorway scouting out potential sites. Peter continues to provide invaluable direction for the team with a focus on acquisitions and development. When not in the office, you can find Peter pootling around Wales in his classic cars.

Alice Reynolds

Managing Director

Alice joined the team as Managing Director in 2022. After pursuing a successful career in law in London, Alice returned to Wales to take the reins at Peter Reynolds Properties. Alice was admitted to the roll of solicitors in 2016 after receiving an LLB in Law from Durham University and completing the Legal Practice Course at University of Law, Moorgate. With expertise in the real estate finance sphere, she brings a wealth of experience to the team and strong leadership.

Lyndon Moon

Estates Manager

Lyndon heads up the construction team at Peter Reynolds Properties, managing maintenance, renovation and full scale tenant fit outs. With over 20 years’ experience in carpentry, building and site management, Lyndon provides a full service for existing and prospective tenants alike.

Debbie Lawlor

Operations Manager

Debbie manages the day to day operations at Peter Reynolds Properties. Debbie originally joined the team as an executive assistant to Peter in 2014 after moving to Cardiff from Ireland. She is now the first port of call for existing tenants and ensures a seamless business operation at Head Office.
