1989 - How it all began

Founder and Chairman, Peter Reynolds, acquires the first industrial unit in Hendy, Pontarddulais. With two children under two, and two more to come in the next few years – it’s hard to say whether he had time to envision how the portfolio would grow. What was clear was the increasing demand for commercial premises in South and West Wales.

1997 – The Portfolio Grows

In response to increasing tenant demand, Peter began looking further afield for commercial properties. The portfolio sprawled west along the A40 to Fishguard, Pembrokeshire and north along the A470 to Bala, Gwynedd. Peter was fast becoming a one stop real estate shop for tenants of all walks to life – delivering a professional but personal service.

2008 – Doors Open at Scarlet Court and Glien House

Tenant demand continues to grow and Peter Reynolds Properties turns its hand to development to provide additional commercial space. In 2008, we opened the doors to Scarlet Court – a purpose built three storey office building providing high quality office accommodation in Llanelli. The ability to execute ground up development added a new string to the bow of the business. Following the successful completion of Scarlet Court, Peter Reynolds Properties completed the development at Glien House providing twin office accommodation in Carmarthen.
